August 16, 2009: Today, we welcome Phon Kong to the crew of the TLC-1. Kong, who is known by the nickname "Pov", is responsible for security – not only of the TLC-1, but of its crew and clinical staff.
Pov is 19 years old, single and the youngest of 7 children. He grew up in Kompong Thom province, before moving to Siem Reap to work a security guard.
